NDN/NPI to Relese New Report on U.S. Mex Econ Relationship - This Friday, December 9th, the New Policy Institute’s 21st Century Border Initiative will release a major new report researched by Arizona State University’s North American Center For Transborder Studies (NACTS), “Realizing the Value of our Cross Border Trade with Mexico.”

Holder on the Stand Talking Fast and Furious - Today Attorney General Eric Holder took the stand in the House, at a general oversight hearing, where Fast and Furious was debated. Of note Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) a chief critic of Attorney General Holder is no longer asking for his resignation.

Justice Department Set To Formally Oppose Alabama's Immigration Law - DOJ officials sent a letter to law enforcement officials in Alabama warning them that they risk losing federal funding if they are not careful in enforcing Alabama’s new immigration law.
